A member of my Spiritual Biz Success Facebook group recently asked whether she needed to worry about branding for her business. The idea that your business needs a fancy logo, slogan, or color scheme in order to be successful is, unfortunately, more common than you would think. I am here to bust this myth once and for all. If you ask me, spending time and money on branding is, well, a waste of your time and money!
Many entrepreneurs believe that flashy, eye-catching branding is the way they are going to set themselves apart, and bring in mobs of new clients. The reality is, the only way you are going to grow your business, and bring in new clients, is to truly connect with your tribe on a soul level, and serve at the highest vibration you can.
If you have extra money lying around, and you want to pay for branding, fine. I will tell you this though, I run a million dollar company, and I have never spent money on branding. What I do, is connect with my tribe on a deep level, and focus on serving their needs the best I can. When you do that, your business will grow, the abidance will come in, and you can use the newfound peace of mind that comes with financial abundance to help even more people.
Another similar topic I wanted to quickly touch on was the idea of setting of free mini-courses for your clients. Again, not the best use of your time or energy! Most free mini-courses are 3-4 videos, which means you’re taking time to create your course, film the videos, edit the videos, and promote your mini-course. Here’s a secret: Most people won’t even make it to your last video. You know, the one where you try to upsell them to your full course. You put forth all that effort, and the client doesn’t even make it to your offer. Making free mini-courses for your clients will not grow your business. They won’t make you any money, and they don’t engage your tribe, because people don’t take things as seriously when they don’t have any personal investment.
Creating flashy branding, or offering a free mini-course may seem like your ticket to success, but in reality, you will grow your business much faster, and bring in many more clients if you focus on sharing your gifts in the highest light, and connecting with your tribe on a deep, spiritual level.
