The rhythm of this month will bring opportunities to rewrite our story—whether to improve the plot or change it altogether. This is a great time to discard old bad habits and establish new ones, and to break the rules—especially those put in place by others. This is an opportunity to clear out the old so we can begin with the new. This is harvest season!
It’s an explosive month filled with emotion. Some of us are experiencing relationships that feel as though they’re imploding and falling apart, leaving us feeling heavyhearted. If this is you, rest easy. This month will provide ample opportunities for us to stop our cycle of playing the victim and allowing ourselves to be imprisoned by this perceived story of our lives—stories of suffering, blaming, and complaining. This is a time to break away from old negative patterns and overcome self-imposed barriers.
Emotional flareups have been occurring with greater frequency. For example, many of us have been feeling more sensitive to the expectations that others are placing on us. This is leaving us stressed, heartbroken even, and forcing us to suddenly, unexpectedly feel an urgent need to end these relationships and move on.
We’re coming into our own power this month and it will be easier for us to rewrite our story, make our own rules, and put into action plans for fulfilling our dreams. Writing a new story requires action, discipline, and commitment. Thankfully, an abrupt change in direction and the necessary changes that come with it will be easier during this harvest month. Breaking through barriers that were once difficult will be more effortless.
Our new story will change our view of the world for the better. It may even change the lives of others. As we rewrite our story—and therefore the rules we live by, instead of being bound by the rules others set for us—we will begin to see that there is a lot of synchronicity occurring and that everything is flowing in the right direction toward the things we desire. The key this month is to experience gratitude and peace as we open ourselves up and allow the winds of change to lift us up.
