The Path to Self-Love for Your Spiritual Business Success

Knowing the purpose of your soul, identifying your unique gifts of contribution, and unifying the positive side of your ego with your heart, soul and higher self is the recipe not only for Spiritual business success but also the recipe for Authentic Happiness & True Abundance.

If you aren’t connected with your soul’s purpose, and/or if the wants, needs, and desires of your lower self aren’t accepted and unified with your heart, and soul, no “Proven Strategy” will break you free to impact more people or generate more money.

Your business will either never gain the traction you want, or if it does, it won’t satisfy you, and you’ll continue the “push” and wonder when you’ll ever, “get there”.

The path to Spiritual Business Success begins with a strong foundation of self-love and connection to the purpose of your soul: AKA the unique personal qualities of self that you deliver to others with the radiant love of your heart.

We’ve all heard, “Just love yourself and all will fall into place” before, but if you’re like I was you’re probably thinking, “Well that’s nice, but how in the heck do you love yourself for business success? Because taking myself to dinner and getting massages may relax and nurture me, but it doesn’t help me love me more, let alone help my business impact more people.”

It took me a very LONG time to find out how to love myself and gain momentum with my business in the physical world.

Here’s a recipe I came up from the wisdom of my journey and use routinely as a framework to help my clients find their own inner path to loving themselves believing it and enjoying next level business and personal success.

STEP ONE:

Repeat this Opening/Freedom statement over and over like a mantra:

“I open my heart and soul to become my own best friend”.

And then take some sacred time to sit with yourself and define in handwritten words, what that would be like for you. Ask yourself, “If I was my own best friend, how would I treat myself”.

STEP TWO:

Develop your own Inner Healer.

Your Inner Healer is something you already have inside of you that can be used to re-focus, recenter, and reconnect with yourself whenever you experience fear, anxiety, or anything that knocks you out of alignment. It’s also the energy that you ask and receive from. The simplest way to access your Inner Healer is to connect with the emotions of your soul. Soul emotions are those inner generated feelings of love, fulfillment, rapturous joy you feel in your body.

The feeling is totally different than “EGO JOY” glee-like feelings we feel when our brain creates our egos’ version of “happily ever after”. Soul emotions are easy to connect to in meditation by asking yourself to remember the times in your childhood where you felt complete joy. These feelings and memories will be different for everyone because as a human species, we really all are unique, NO ONE is the same. We are like snowflakes, similar but not the same.

So, to find your soul emotions, look for your earliest childhood memories where you found joy, pleasure, and freedom being yourself.

Was it in a tree or playing in a Forrest?

Was it inside in a favorite room, or doing something nurturing or creative?

Was it playing with friends, was it being alone?

For me the feeling of freedom and joy I felt as a child was when I was riding my bike against the wind, and playing in the waves of the beach, allowing the saltwater and sun to caress my body, feeling invigorated, feeling one with nature.

Soul emotions always bubble up a deep well of joy inside yourself. These feelings of joy combined with the love of your heart make up most of the energies of your Inner Healer. Your Inner healer has the power to transform your experience of reality.

STEP THREE:

Make the commitment to “love what is”.

The recipe for unhappiness is wanting what you don’t have, and judging “what is” as wrong and something to complain, or fight against. You’ll want to love “what is” because you have absolutely NO control over other people or what’s happening in the global world. You only get to control yourself.

Even with the loudest voice and power over, you may control people with threats, fears and get people to conform, but they will either be unwilling, resistant, resentful, or be super blind and herded like sheep… the opposite of the freedom that comes from a unified Spirit who chooses their thoughts, and makes their own decisions and actions.

You’ll NEVER be able to change, who or what doesn’t want to be changed. Even if you are right, and they aren’t. You’ll want to make the commitment to love what is because that is the foundation of Unconditional Love… the most powerful force on this planet. Unconditional love melts fear, unifies, and shifts reality into the light of the Divine.

Byron Katie in her book, “Loving What Is” explains the common objections to this concept extremely well. Her book also has a very effective process of self-questioning that gently leads you to authentically “love what is”. It’s a book I highly recommend for my clients and those truly committed to the journey into the power of their true self.

STEP FOUR:

Lean back into safety of your favorite higher power.

This is how you manage fear triggers and develop a deeper faith in the Divine. This is where you test your belief that anything is possible. The changes currently unfolding in our world can really trigger fear, even for the most Spiritually connected people, including myself.

The truth is, the uncertainty of change is supposed to trigger fear, so we become aware of the situation and can do something about it. But STAYING in fear knocks you out and keeps you out of alignment with your Soul’s purpose… which is the drive behind your Spiritual Business. So, leaning back and surrendering into the safety of your higher power is HOW to stay connected to Spirit, rely on Faith and gain guidance for business strategy and focus . . . especially during rapidly changing times.

I like to lean back into safety during meditation, by connecting to my heart and soul emotions, and letting that energy build and saturate within my heart, my body, and my soul. From that place of inner nurturing fullness, I bring in my worries and fears and establish an outcome for them in the light. I lean back and focus on the soul emotions generated from inside my body until they radiate and fill my entire body. I bring in joyful feelings of my present, or positive future, or surrender my worries to Source. From this place of connection, I lean back and ask to be guided, healed, or transformed. From this place of connection, I lean back and receive guidance, healing, and transformation. It’s how we replenish so that we can give and heal even more for others.

In summary, taking the sacred time to identify your soul’s purpose and its unique qualities is the recipe not only for Spiritual Business success but also the recipe for Authentic Happiness and True Abundance.
