The Gift of Perspective

Looking at any given situation that seems by all accounts to be destructive or unhealthy. We decide for ourselves if it looks from the outside to be unpleasant or bad then it must be. Now if this really were the case why is it that usually the most challenging times of our life are the ones, we remember the most?

When these moments happen, they give us the opportunity for introspection, to look into the lives we are living and pulling out questions to ask ourselves if we are really living in accordance with our soul’s nature. It’s like we are a supercomputer & these moments, act as anti-virus software within our system, scanning every facet of our life for viruses, outdated faulty programming needing deletion, or an upgrade to be compatible with the newest system software.

We are continuously shifting our perspective, to the point of altering ourselves every second, but this is on a micro-level – the tiniest of changes happening within ourselves. The more measurable version of this process would be the considerable gap between ages, you’re not the same person you were when you were a child as you are as an adult.

The beliefs we carry our ideology that shapes our values & principles. This is the cornerstone of our transformation. Holding a perspective that does not serve us can have long-lasting damage to our health & wellbeing. We can sometimes stagnate when Source is trying to push us out of our comfort zone. This can manifest in many ways. We could suddenly be let go from our Job, our partner could leave us or we might even get into an accident – where we are laid up in our home for the next 6 months, with all your plans put on hold.

It’s easy for us to jump to the conclusion this terrible thing happened to us & feel sorry for ourselves. Use this event as an excuse to give in to our basic instincts and the insistent voice in our heads. Or we can look at these experiences as gifts from our Higher Selves & Source. Opportunities for growth and expansion of our own consciousness. Creating for us lessons that we signed on to learn in this incarnation.

This is truly the beauty of aligning ourselves with a higher perspective. Observing life from a vantage point, taking the point of interest- our perspective and zooming out covering a much wider surface area. Giving our Human a break & letting our Multi-Dimensional Being take the wheel. Seeing the much bigger picture that connects all things, that brings us clarity & provides us with the reassurance that everything will be okay if we truly believe it to be no matter how hopeless things seem. Because darkness does not exist, it is only the absence of light.
