Business consciousness conflicts trigger self-sabotaging behaviors that prevent heart-centered business owners from reaching their goals.
If you don’t heal them, they will delay, distract, or derail your efforts to expand the impact and income your business makes.
Once you heal them, new levels of confidence, clarity, and passion emerge.
Personal freedom, drive, and courage to do the actions your business needs in order to reach your goals become second nature, and struggles become solvable challenges.
So what is the biggest consciousness conflict and what should be done to heal it?
The biggest conflict I’ve found that gets in the way of heart-centered entrepreneurs expanding their business is not fully acknowledging and embracing the impact of positive transformation their products and services provide for their ideal client.
Underneath the passion and drive to serve is often an unconscious, conflicting belief that your offers aren’t quite as good as you think they should be.
That’s a problem because when you unconsciously discount the True Value your offers provide, that internal conflict can sabotage marketing opportunities, speaking engagements and can be the source of difficulties asking for the sale or charging for the true value your clients receive.
I was raised to be seen and not heard or understood, so, as an adult, it was really difficult for me to go to networking events and speak about the benefits of my services.
Having that difficulty really got in the way of creating the connections any business needs to exist, let alone grow, and make a bigger impact.
Once I sat down and really connected with HOW the positive transformations my people experienced from my work truly enriched their lives and saw how much my services impacted their happiness, business effectiveness, and the income they generated, I was moved to tears.
I had never embraced this before because I felt I was just doing my thing, something easy and natural I could do for others that weren’t that special.
Once I did embrace those “Intangible Values”, I could clearly see the disservice I was doing for my future ideal clients by NOT networking well.
That awareness really triggered a deeper motivation inside of myself to put myself out there and serve a LOT more people.
This self-healing process worked so well for one of my clients, that she was able to triple her income from her flower truck business. She added signature bouquets and standing flower delivery packages to her menu that truly enhanced the “Wow! I feel super special” delight factor of her bouquets.
Here’s a simple Self-Healing Process you can use to heal this conflict and connect deeper to your True Value clients benefit from working with you.
— Before meditation, write: “I open to embrace into my core the true joy and value my products and services provide for others…”
— With deep feeling, remember 3-5 of your favorite client success stories,
— Remember their faces, their looks of joy, of pride, of relief.
— Remember the difficult, painful problems you helped them solve they couldn’t do on their own, how it changed their lives and the lives of people they touch… let your feel-good vibration raise.
— Remember the judgments about this you carry, or you worry others have about you.
— Go into deep meditation. When you are ready, see your valuable self separate from the people and parts of you that judge you as not enough
— Lightly tap just below your collar bone and with congruent feeling converse with these separate parts of you:
Here I am over here, separate from you,
I honor the value of my products and services,
That is my truth
That is my yes for me
I free myself to honestly honor the value I provide
There you are over there, separate from me
Even though you disagree with my value,
I FREE you of my need for you to agree and validate me
I free you to never see things my way.
I free you of my need for you to be wrong
Of my need for you to acknowledge my value.
I would love it if you would but,
I honor & free you to never understand me.
I honor and bless this entire situation for the highest good of everyone involved.
