“There are beautiful and wild forces within us.”
I love the above quote by St. Francis of Assisi which describes the mysterious and infinite power that lives within every one of us. I always say, God has deposited something great on the inside of us and he is expecting something great to come out of us.
Rumi also had a taste of this power and compared it to an oar that propels us through life in the following quote. “If you put your soul against this oar with me,” he begins, “the power that made the universe will enter your sinew from a source not outside your limbs, but from a Holy realm that lives in us.”
Isn’t it wonderful to know that we have the actual power of the divine housed within is to accomplish our soul’s deepest desire? It is my mission to inspire you to take a look within and discover the true essence of the divine and begin to live your life with PURPOSE!
The purpose is the reason for which something is done, the reason for existence. It’s meant to have an intention or an objective. If you wake up every morning dreading your day before it begins, that’s a clear indicator that you are not living a life full of purpose.
I find it sad that many people go through life have no real clue as to why they exist. I’m a firm believer that we were not placed here on earth to take up space or just cruise through our existence like our purpose is to sit back, chill and simply enjoy our surroundings. I do believe that our creator wants us to enjoy life and be happy, but we are also called to serve humanity and spread the joy that we receive and give back to our community and other individuals.
We all have this in common, that we have made mistakes in life and at some point, we have said to ourselves, “there has to be more to life than this.” One thing I know for sure is that you are NOT an accident. You were fearfully and wonderfully made with a divine purpose in mind. It amazes me to think that we all started in the mind of God. What a revelation.
I must emphasize this TRUTH that you are not an accident but were placed here on earth with a specific purpose in mind. Knowing and embracing the reality of this truth will ignite a fire on the inside of you that will burn throughout eternity.
