I Love My Ego

I love my Ego. I recognize what it has done for me; it kept me safe away from danger. The last thing I would want is to have an untimely death due to a situation I found myself in. I don’t know where I would be without my Ego. Well, the answer is. I would have never survived long in this harsh world, to begin with.

People can confuse what is Ego, is it good or bad? Do we have to hate on it because it’s mean to us? Of course not. Our Ego is looking out for our basic desire – to live and not die.

In the early days of man, back in the times when our world was not the safest place to live: the danger of getting eaten alive by a wild animal, starving to death, drowning in the lake, falling off a large cliff. You know, everyday prehistoric times stuff. The life expectancy was minimal. What helped us avoid making ourselves extinct was our good pal Mr. Ego. It was always thinking ahead, making sure we were prepared for any situation, and for centuries, this worked out well.

Eventually, human life began to change rather drastically; we were defending less for ourselves, we settled in towns cities. People could finally relax more, but that didn’t stop Mr. Ego from doing his job. Life became more leisurely, but Ego was still telling you to stay inside because now you could be hit by a car or robbed on the streets at gunpoint.

After thousands of years of evolution, it decided to believe that it was you, and that was a problem because Ego isn’t very good at living life. It can be rather heartless and use mechanisms like shame and guilt to keep you paralyzed because it believes if you are paralyzed with fear, nothing can kill you, and in its unique way of looking at reality, that was keeping you safe. And if you were safe, then it was safe.

In this incarnation, it is impossible to rid yourself of your Ego. To live without Ego would be to shatter the veil of separation, which would end the Earth experiment. Knowing the differences between ourselves & others is crucial to continue to live as a human in a body. Without Ego, we are all one.

The whole reason we came down to this Planet was to take part in the illusion of separation, to find out if humans would be able to see God in themselves. To be born surrounded by darkness and yet still find the light. Our struggle is the catalyst for the evolution of our consciousness. So, without Ego, we would have never evolved as a species.

God does not make mistakes.

A human is a being who has lost themselves in the Ego; believes that Ego and being are one. He believes that the thoughts that “he” is thinking are of his creation; This perpetuates man’s suffering. When he can understand the separation of himself (all that is) & Ego, he regains control over life. Through his creative manifestations within physical existence, he begins to understand his connection to The Divine Creator.

Eventually, consciousness evolves out of the necessity for Ego; once Mother Gaia ascends into the higher dimensions and our bodies are transformed from carbon-based to crystalline-based life forms, we will shed our cocoon (Ego) and live within the oneness of all here on this Planet in the Golden Age.

Until that time comes, we need to give thanks to Ego. Tell it how thankful you are for helping you live your life with challenge and excitement. Please make sure it knows who is in charge that you are behind the wheel, but never tell Ego it is useless. Remember what it is has done for you.
