As if it is not enough to be in the seventh decade of my life with all the challenges that come with that, NOW, Shelter in Place. What???? That was my first reaction as things started to change in our world earlier this year. Then I started to look at possibilities. This could be the most exciting part of the whole seven decades.
It seems as if I will not recognize my life when this is over. Everything within me tells me that all that I understood as “normal” is gone forever. I must gear up and be ready for whatever is next for the world and for me personally. I have no idea what that will look like and believe me I have heard or read a whole boatload of conspiracy theories. But that a whole other subject for another time.
Oddly enough, I am not afraid. I think I am looking forward to a new way of living and being. NO! I KNOW I am looking forward to a new way of living and being.
We all talked about “The Shift” and the end of the Mayan calendar back in 2011 and 2012. We were obsessed with the coming Shift. I knew something big was happening, and Spirit led me to document the last 90 days of the Mayan Calendar, ending December 21, 2012, my birthday. I had no idea that “The Shift” was going to be such a process, but I also knew that it would not be a big bang either. What we are experiencing now is all part of that grand shift. This is just a step in that process.
I’ve seen little changes in the world in the way we do and experience things in the time since December 22, 2012. As these small changes happened, I’ve seen some people grow kinder, showing more love and some people become meaner and more hateful. I’ve seen people fighting against the changes and not know what they were fighting against. They just knew life was not the same as it was and began fighting and resisting in a big way. In all my years of living, nothing parallels what we are experiencing now. I feel as if all things are new and we are on the precipice of the best times of our lives.
Chaos always comes before Order.
