Asking and receiving are in two different frequencies. That is the reason why doing the “asking for help” part is not enough for you to actually receive it. Receiving help is an ability you need to develop. You ask, and then, you receive. The question and the answer are in different vibrational frequencies.
Many people are “in need” of help, ventilating their problems as if something is going to change through complaining. Lots of people asking, asking, asking, but not ready to actually receive what they are asking for. Because most people won´t do anything to actually receive the help they are asking. Resting warmly in their comfort zone, way too many people are expecting that things will change magically without moving one finger, as in wanting to get the winning lottery ticket without actually buying it.
So here´s some clarity to help you develop the ability to receive help. First things first, you need to be crystal clear about the problem you are wanting to solve. If you´re looking to improve in a certain topic, or if you´re looking to feel better about a given circumstance, or if you´re looking for a new bodily condition, a new partner, or a pile of money, you need to understand first where you are and where you want to be. Whatever contrast it is that you are experiencing at the present moment, is actually a clarifying experience helping you to define what it is that you need to transcend it. When you know what you don´t want, you know what you do want.
Now, once you´ve reached clarity about the problem, then you need to change your focus to the solution. And here´s the tricky part, because most people get stuck in the problem without knowing it. Asking, complaining, ventilating, looking for validation from others in the same problem, grouping and justifying the limitations of being a part of the problem gives a sense of identity that keeps you stuck in the same frequency of the problem. The problem is created in the zone of old pattern beliefs, and the solution, in a different and often unknown way of thinking.
In order to be able to close the gap between problem and solution, you need to allow the answer in any way, shape or form it comes to you. The solution can come in a book, a video, a conversation, usually, it comes through a message that changes the way you perceive your problem. However, for you to allow it into your experience you need to take action in consistency with the solution that has presented itself. It takes trust. It takes courage. It takes the energy of time and money to take the action you need to take in order to receive the help you need to receive.
Help is always there. There is help coming to you from so many angles, and it´s coming to you in every moment. And you are so free, that you have the option to receive it or not. So next time you are bombarded with the illusion that you are in lack of help, remember not only to ask for help but also ask to develop the ability to receive it.
