How to Maintain Amidst the Chaos It seems like the world is exploding. And honestly, it kind of is. 

So many people have been holding onto so much for so long that it simply must be expressed. 

Whether you agree or disagree with any or all aspects of what is going on, doesn’t really matter. What matters is your ability to maintain your own personal energy amidst the chaos. 

You see, the shift in mass consciousness energy starts with you. You radiate your energy out to your personal circle and so on and so on. This is the ripple effect that creates the change we want to see and feel in the world. I’d love to share with you the ways in which I maintain my energy, especially in chaotic times. 

The ways I recommend maintaining your energy amidst the chaos are:

  1. Pay attention to the way you feel. Make sure it is yours by feeling your way through it. You will know after practicing this a few times what is yours and what isn’t. If it’s yours, give it airtime in a way you feel good about, with consciousness. If it’s not, simply stop giving it attention. (Yes, that part takes practice, but happens easier than you think.)
  2.  Do a brain dump at night, so you can go to sleep with a clear head and wake up with a clean slate. Too often we take the chaos of the day right to bed with us. Simply set the timer for 5 minutes and write down everything that comes out. 
  3. This is my favorite. Set yourself up for success by having a go-to JOY moment at hand whenever you need it. Take a few minutes and allow yourself to think of two or three experiences, people, or places that bring you into a state of pure joy. Then when you are going through your day and you find yourself being overcome by “negative” energy, call up your joy moment to flip the energy and get you back into the vibration you want to be in. 

These may seem like simple, insignificant actions for you to take. But a truth I have learned many times over is that the simpler things make the biggest impact. Especially in times of chaos, whether in our own personal lives or on a global scale, it’s easier and more impactful to have a quick and easy thing to do to shift your energy at the moment.

Read through the steps I offer and see what resonates with you. Then simply start doing the one that jumps out at you the most. It really is that easy. You will be surprised with the big results such small actions will get you.
