5 Questions to Get Clear on Your Purpose

Ever since I first got started on my journey as a coach and mentor for spiritual entrepreneurs, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern in my clients: Many have come to me feeling stuck because they were either out of alignment with their desires in their existing business, or having a hard time deciding what direction to choose for their new business.

And I totally get it, because I’ve been there many times myself.

If you’re a multi-passionate creator like me, you probably don’t have any trouble getting inspired. On the contrary: Your head is constantly brimming with ideas, there are SO many things you’re passionate about, and you can’t wait to get into action to make all of your amazing dreams happen.

Yet, you also know that you can’t do it all at once. Your energy easily gets scattered when you’re working on too many projects simultaneously, and never getting anything done is more than frustrating.

Not to mention that you’re far from where you know you could be in your business by now. Things feel sticky, you feel you can’t move, and you’re exhausted from starting from scratch over and over again.

You wish you could be more consistent—you really do! But each time you “just pick something” in order to create more clarity and focus in your business, you feel as though you’re cutting off a part of yourself and putting yourself into a box that just too tiny for you.

If all of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place!

Before I share my 5 magical questions to help you realign with your purpose, I want to make one thing clear:

Even though I believe that focus is important in business, connecting with your purpose isn’t really about exploring just one tiny part of yourself while sacrificing all other aspects of your being. The exact opposite is true: Living your purpose really IS about authentically embodying all of who you are.

Therefore, the questions I’m about to share with you will help you expand (rather than narrow) your focus so you can integrate all aspects of yourself without scattering your energy all over the place.

Creating consistency is then a matter of staying aligned with your greatest potential rather than choosing a niche just for the sake of it.

You’ll find that when you’re creating from this place of understanding, you’ll naturally find your focus while also experiencing the ease, joy, and fulfillment you’ve been craving.

With that being said, here are my 5 questions to help you realign with your purpose in just a few minutes:

  1. If you were a multimillionaire, what would you choose to do with your time? What would you do right now?
  2. If you didn’t worry about what other people think, what would you do?
  3. What’s one thing you can imagine yourself doing every day without getting bored?
  4. What’s your zone of genius? (What do you enjoy teaching?)
  5. What’s one new thing you desire to learn or explore?

That’s it!

Once you give yourself permission to boldly step forward in the direction of your deepest desires without letting fear distract you, you’ll find that everything else falls into place much more effortlessly, including clients, money, and all the resources and support you need to quantum leap your business to the next level.
